Career
Janine S. David studied at the Humboldt University of Berlin and after completing the First State Examination at the University of Auckland (LL.M. in M&A and IP) and returned to Berlin for the Second State Examination. After working for an international commercial law firm in Cape Town, she is, in addition to her work as a lawyer, also managing director of a private equity company where she implements operational issues, restructurings, buy and build strategies and ad-on acquisitions and coordinates all legal issues as Head of Legal. Since 2006 she has been working as an independent lawyer in her own law firm. In 2020 she became part of the NEEF LEGAL team as a freelancer. Besides her native German, she is fluent in English and French.
